Bounce! Bungee-Based Movement Class
You’ve seen it on YouTube, now it’s  YOUR TURN !
Join us for the area’s very first bungee-based workout/movement class!!
Tap into your inner joy and resilience! Create Amazing Strength, Intense Endurance, and Bodacious Body Awareness in this flight-filled hour of low-impact, bouncy play! Beginners welcome, but make sure to sign up early as spots are limited and fill up very quickly!!
Space is limited!  Preregistration is HIGHLY recommended.
Important Class Notes:
-To ensure safety in the classroom, please be aware that hands on adjustments will be utilized.
-Our bungee class is set-up to accommodate weights ranging from 100-210 lbs. We are happy to provide modifications outside of this range. Please call for details.
-Class is for students ages 18 and over. (Students that are 16 or 17 years of age may participate with a guardian release.)

  1. Would Bungee Cord Yoga be beneficial to me with arthritis and knee problems? I am very much interested.
